Every day of her life, Joanne Nolan meets people of determination and nurtures them to be confident and self-sufficient. Joanne's inspiration to empower people of determination towards a life of independence was her son, who is an adult of determination. As the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and the Lead Learning Coach for iCad+ Joanne has played a pivotal role in cultivating a modified curriculum that focuses on inclusion and integration, thereby preparing people of determination for a seamless transition to the outside world.
