Why has the program been paused?

We have always worked towards making money transfers rewarding for our customers. Currently, we are undergoing some system upgrades that will make the program even better, and so have paused it temporarily.

What happens to the points I’ve earned so far?

Your earned balance will remain active during this temporary suspension. You will be able to start redeeming it from 1 April 2020 onwards.

How can I redeem my balance?

You can redeem the points you’ve earned by visiting any UAE Exchange branch from 1 April 2020 onwards, and showing the teller your Rewards membership card when you make a money transfer.

Can I continue earning points?

As the system is undergoing an upgrade, you, unfortunately, will not be able to earn points from 1 January to 31 March 2020.
