Job Responsibilities

Coordination
  • Analyze business processes to identify business & solution requirement gaps, process inconsistencies, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Assists the business in defining solutions to meet objectives and align to corporate strategy
  • Negotiates technical and non-technical solutions that meet business needs and conform to the technical architecture. Evaluate and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and reduce cost. Ensure that relevant business metrics are incorporated into the solutions developed
  • Use business process mapping in order to review ERP modules (Finance areas like Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable , General Ledger) to identify and quantify inefficiencies which can be improved through automation
  • Work with finance functional leads and other streams to ensure the key elements are setup in line with their requirements
  • Liasie with IT and other process analysts to ensure effective process changes
  • Develop high quality documentation through the duration of each project, including capturing design decisions, system configurations, processes/workflow, data extracts interface requirements, etc. Also take charge of regularly updating the same if changes are applied.
  • Actively contribute in end to end testing strategies, partner with the project manager (IT) and finance head, coordinate testing efforts with business users (SDLC process), monitor tests, execution and issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials or user guides for the new systems / application.

  • Suggest & execute programmes to retain customer loyalty
  • Ensure reporting of inconsistency noticed in terms of program sponsorships, performance of the region/corridor on a regular basis and provide feedback to the Regional Marketing Head / Marketing Manager / Cluster Manager
  • Look for new business opportunities / initiatives / tie- ups & update the Regional Marketing Head / Marketing Manager / Cluster Manager on the same.
