He is a member of numerous executive and business councils in the UAE. Sudhir participated in the highly acclaimed ‘Key Executive Program’ at Harvard Business School, USA in October 2000. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Degree in Commerce from the University of Mysore in India.
Since 1999, Sudhir has been at the helm of Xpress Money’s global operations. His powerful team of professionals have been instrumental in taking product improvement, customer relationship management and quality benchmarking to new heights. His guidance has been essential in making Xpress Money the global brand it is today.
Sudhir is an eloquent speaker, and frequently delivers lectures at various academic and professional gatherings around the world. He was recently elected the honorary President of the Indian Social and Cultural Centre, Abu Dhabi.
Sudhesh Giriyan is Xpress Money’s Vice President, responsible for building long term brand equity and improving the value proposition to customers. His focus areas include marketing, strategic alliances, branding & positioning, customer service management, corporate communications, media relations, marketing promotions and market research.
Sudhesh holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B), and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka, India. He has also completed the prestigious Management Development Program from IIM, Bangalore.
Quick in identifying new and emerging markets across the world, Sudhesh's focus has been on improving the agent location network by identifying and strategically aligning with renowned banking and non-banking entities. To this end he has been instrumental in transforming Xpress Money into one of the most well-networked instant money transfer brands.
Spearheading efforts to achieve greater market penetration and increased customer acceptance of Xpress Money’s unique features, Sudhesh has led various business centers of the company to establish new industry benchmarks across all facets of the company.
Santhosh KJ heads Global Operations, Service Quality and Compliance portfolios at Xpress Money. As the Head of Compliance, he is responsible for formulating and implementing the AML – CTF Policy of the Company and revamping it to meet the standards set by relevant authorities. The function primarily ensures advanced agent and customer Due Diligence Practices in compliance with local and international regulations.
His responsibilities include - product innovations, 24/7 agent support, system enhancements and standardization of service quality across the global network. Santhosh also oversees the Training Division that caters to agent partners, he has been successful in devising advanced tools and techniques including Online Interactive Tutorials.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University, India and is a Certified AML Specialist (awarded by ACAMS, USA). He has 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry with Remittance as his core expertise.

Vinesh Venugopal Nair heads the marketing portfolio at Xpress Money and is based out of the Company's Head office at Abu Dhabi. Nair has close to 19 years of experience in the areas of Advertising, Marketing and Online Strategy. He began his career at Sterling Resorts in product management but soon moved on to main-line advertising.
All through his career, he played a significant role in Business Development, in-charge of several new business pitches. After 2 years in Oman, in 2000, Nair moved to Sify Ltd to head the Strategy division as a part of pre-sales and sales support. He played a key role in evangelizing the growth of sify.com as a medium of advertising. In 2002, he was a guest speaker on online advertising at First International Conference on Communications Convergence.
In 2005, he moved to the UAE with Shaadi.com to lead the business in emerging markets such as Middle East, Pakistan, South Africa and the A-Pac region. In 2008, he joined Concept Group as COO and followed that up with a 2 year stint as an entrepreneur. At Xpress Money, Vinesh drives the global marketing program that includes brand development and deployment in existing and emerging markets. Nair's key focuses are Branding, Key Cluster Marketing, Corporate Communications, Online and Grassroot Marketing teams that are spread across 5 continents.
Sunil Ahi brings to Xpress Money over 20 years of experience in managing Sales and Business Operations. Over the years he has worked with leading brands like Airtel, Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices and Xerox. His special focus areas for Xpress Money include entering new business delivery segments as well as to leverage untapped retail segments. Sunil and his team will focus on Strategic business tie-ups, implementing and delivering strategies to enhance business, channel dimensioning and right sizing across Xpress Money’s global operations.
His sharp business acumen and practical insights in business development will be instrumental in achieving Xpress Money’s global vision by the year 2012.
With a career spanning over a decade Vijayalakshmi brings to Xpress Money global HR practice standards for a superior employee network. After a Post Graduate degree in English Literature she decided to focus her energies in Human Resources and Training & Development. While working with the HR function of major Multi National Corporations like Aditya Birla Group (Aditya Birla Minacs - TransWorks) and Australia New Zealand Bank (ANZ) she specialized in the niche field of Training and Development.
Vijayalakshmi joined UAE Exchange in 2007, and has worn two hats and fulfilled two key and complimentary functions of Training and Development and HR Service Delivery (GHQ Offices) where she shaped the seamless functioning of these roles.
As Head of Human Resources for Xpress Money since 2010 December, the HR Function is responsible for all Recruitments, Training and Development, Internal Communications, Performance Management and HR Service Delivery across the globe.
